1875-CC 10 c with a mintmark above and below bow was created by LITAS

The mintmark in the wreath is of wide spaced type.
Compact 'CC' mintmark also exists.
The below the wreath variety is scarcer.

I really like that dime with the mint mark above the bow. Awesome design and awesome coin, John. I saw two on another site in NGC63 and one seems to be wide and the other compact. The pics there are a little fuzzy.
